Assistant Construction Superintendent (2 yrs exp req)

The Assistant Construction Superintendent must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a Design/Build commercial construction team environment working directly with the lead superintendent, sub-contractors, customer representatives, local building officials and project management/sales staff. Job candidate requirements include, but not limited to: -2+ years of field supervision or design/build experience within the commercial building industry preferred. -Proficiency in daily planning, hands-on leadership, plan/spec interpretation, jobsite safety, and knowledge of all phases of commercial construction projects. -Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Building preferred, but not required.
