Role Description The Chief Robotics Officer/Partner will lead robotics initiatives, projects, and strategic direction for Wester Consulting Group. Responsibilities include overseeing robotics development, implementation, and integration into client solutions, creating and executing innovative strategies for automation, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with international and local teams to drive technological advancement. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Expertise in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies.Experience with research, innovation, and development in robotics applications and solutions.Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.Strong knowledge of emerging trends in robotics and advanced technologies.Excellent communication and strategic decision-making skills in a consultative environment.Ability to manage and collaborate in international and multidisciplinary teams.Advanced degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Professional experience in consulting for government, technology, or life sciences sectors is a significant advantage.
