We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership across large-scale BESS and solar projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering for utility-scale BESS and solar projectsOversee MV collection systems, HV substations, transmission, protection & controls, SCADA, and interconnectionManage external engineering consultants and EPC partnersReview engineering deliverables, technical specifications, and project designsIdentify and mitigate technical risks throughout project executionCoordinate with development, procurement, construction, and operations teamsEnsure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering10+ years of experience in electrical power systemsSenior-level engineering or leadership experienceExperience with utilities, substations, transmission, solar, BESS, EPCs, IPPs, or engineering consultingStrong experience managing engineering consultants or EPC partnersPE license preferredBESS experience is preferred but not required
