We are a small, values-driven organization with big ambitions, led by an Executive Director alongside a family President and co-founder.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Foundation Coordinator who is ready to be a true operational partner to our Executive Director. This is a meaningful opportunity to be embedded in a family philanthropy where every relationship matters and every grant is a reflection of deeply held values. You will play an essential role in keeping the foundation organized, communicative, and financially sound, while supporting programs rich with meaning and impact.This role is ideal for someone who has a background in nonprofit or philanthropic administration and is looking for heart-driven work where they can grow alongside an evolving organization.What You'll DoCalendar CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for scheduling across the Executive Director & President’s calendar and the foundation's broader stakeholder relationshipsPrepare meeting materials, take notes, and manage follow-up with grantees, partners, and community leadersCoordinate logistics for site visits, board or family meetings, events, and conveningsCommunicationsMaintain and curate the contact database, communications archive, and website updatesSupport the development of presentations and materials for family and stakeholder updatesProgram Coordination: Champion of Love Clubs & The Love SchoolChampion of Love Clubs: In person small groups that work together to usher in a movement of love in their community. The Love School: Online curriculum program that helps participants grow in their understanding of how to use their love.Assist in the technical administration of foundation programs; problem solving logistics and participant supportSupport the marketing and communications surrounding foundation programs Finance & Bookkeeping SupportOwn day-to-day financial administration including processing invoices, grant disbursements, and reimbursementsLiaise regularly with the Bancel family's financial team and external accountant as neededSpreading LoveBring creativity and genuine care to the ways we celebrate and support our grantees, like sending care packages, handwritten notes, or showing up with balloons just because.Bring your own ideas for how we can shower love into the world, because we believe the little things are often the biggest thingsWho You AreDeeply mission-aligned. You are moved by the foundation's belief that love and compassion are the most powerful forces for change in the world.A highly organized, resourceful administrator who loves creating order and keeping things running smoothly.Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable navigating the nuances of a family philanthropy.An excellent writer and communicator who can represent the foundation's voice with warmth and professionalism.Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable with social media platforms and basic bookkeeping tools; able to learn new systems readily.Experience in a nonprofit, philanthropic, or administrative role preferred.Compensation & DetailsHours: 40 hrs/wk, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pmOption for role to be 32 hrs/wk, Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm if desired. In-person, downtown Boston area, with pre-approved work from home flexibility Compensation: $40/hr, paid hourly with pre-approved overtimePTO: 3 weeks  Medical & Dental benefits offeredIf interested, please submit a resume and cover letter to Emma Dickinson, at emma@championsoflove.org.
