Treasury Analyst/Senior Analyst

A global investment platform with a strong presence in real assets is seeking a Treasury professional to join its finance organization. This firm works with a large base of institutional clients and offers a wide range of strategies across different risk profiles. The role sits within a collaborative and evolving treasury function that is actively investing in systems, process improvements, and enhanced reporting capabilities.Job FunctionThis position is heavily involved in ongoing treasury initiatives and system enhancements, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Act as a key point of contact for the firm’s treasury technology platform, including system configuration, data integrity, testing, and user supportHelp drive adoption of treasury tools by guiding colleagues and providing hands-on training as neededEvaluate existing banking structures, account setups, and fee arrangements to identify opportunities for streamlining and cost efficiencyWork alongside internal technology teams and external partners on initiatives such as payment controls, fraud mitigation, and workflow automationSupport liquidity planning efforts by contributing to forecasting models, analyzing trends, and communicating findings to stakeholdersBuild and refine documentation around internal treasury operations to ensure consistency and scalability of processesPrepare materials for leadership that clearly communicate project updates, findings, and strategic recommendationsEngage regularly with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners to resolve issues and support ongoing initiativesJob RequirementsAround 2-5 years of experience working within treasury, cash management, or financial operations Familiarity with treasury management systems (any major platform)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insightsComfortable working across teams and communicating with a range of stakeholderDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
