A successful candidate will have a demonstrated capacity for strong collaboration and communication skills with families and colleagues, a deep belief in developmentally appropriate practices and play based learning, and a committment to providing an inclusive environment. Prior experience teaching preschool, using trauma informed practices, and utilizing TS GOLD is preferred.
