Project Manager (Data & AI , Scrum)

Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Franklin, TN (Hybrid)Contract  Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum methodology to lead and manage various projects with a particular focus on AI and data initiatives. a proven track record in project management, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all aspects of the project life cycle are thoroughly addressed and managed. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.Team and Budget Management: Oversee project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Manage project budgets efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial constraints and project requirements.Stakeholder Communication: Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges clearly and effectively to ensure alignment and foster cooperation.Scrum Master Responsibilities: Apply Scrum principles to manage and facilitate agile project development processes. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of project goals.AI and Data Project Management: Utilize basic experience in handling AI and data-related projects. Manage project components related to artificial intelligence and data analytics, ensuring successful integration and deployment.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively and minimize project disruptions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, budget adherence, and any deviations from the plan.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in project management with a strong emphasis on Scrum methodology. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving AI and data initiatives.Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
