Business Analyst

Job Description:Data analysis and assisting in data modelling.Analysis of Business requirements.Research, definition and promoting of new use cases endorsing new technologies like AI and ML.Contribution to business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.Integration of the project strategies to ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.Analysis of the integration of different information systems.Documentation of Business Requirements and Uses Cases.Business model analysis.Business process analysis.Business processes modelling.Functional requirements and business cases analysis.Risk analysis.Preparation of Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security PlansParticipation in business and technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.Interaction with the solution architects, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.Elaborate system integration and data migration approaches for legacy repositories.Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards for content and records management, including archival description.Implement data publication and exchange solutions by exploiting potential advantages of linked open data and semantic web technologies.Knowledge And Skills:Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)Good knowledge of business process analysis.Understanding of interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture).Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).Knowledge of notations such as BPMN, UML…Knowledge of tools such as ARIS, MS Visio…Knowledge of security principles, standards and corresponding implementations in IT development projects.Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies would be an asset.Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices and goals.Ability to give business presentations and actual experience with giving such presentations.Strong capacity in preparing and documenting business analysis.Capability to write clear and structured business documents.Ability to prepare and lead business meetings.Ability to train users on applications when required and actual experience with giving trainings.Ability to provide services to satisfy business objectives, based on the quality, compliance, risk and security requirements, delivering more effective and efficient IT and organization solutions and services aligned to organizational needs.Specific Expertise MANDATORY:at least 3 years of specific expertise in DXC Technologiesat least 2 years of specific expertise in UX Designat least 5 years of specific expertise in EEASat least 5 years of specific experience in ARISat least 5 years of specific expertise in JIRA, Atlassian frameworksat least 5 years of specific expertise in Business Requirements Analystat least 5 years of specific expertise Microsoft Office ToolsExcellent expertise in mock-upsIn-depth and hands-on expertise with document management, in Adobe XD, Adobe basedVery good understanding of digital transformation, UI/UX.Certifications & StandardsNo certification is mandatory, but the following certifications would be considered an advantage for the performance of tasks:PM2 AgilePrince2ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
