We provide: Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs Family-focused benefits Wellness incentives Ongoing mentorship, development, and leadership programs And more Description10:30pm-7am/Full Time/ 40 HoursLead Environmental Services Worker personnel have the shared responsibility to help stop HAIs, bacteria and viruses from spreading and make a difference in every patient and healthcare workers lives.As directed and in partnership with department, division and nursing unit leadership, is responsible for cleaning and trash removal while adhering to accepted safety, security, and health guidelines.May operate light, medium and heavy equipment and organize supply maintenance.May train and/or direct the work of Environmental Service Techs.Performs other related duties as required.Performs general cleaning; uses appropriate cleaning aids and pays close attention to detail cleaning.Assists manager; coordinates staff work activities, monitors and inspects work of staff, monitors attendance, time clock use, and addresses disciplinary problems.Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the manager.Oversees and assists with special projects and set-ups to ensure accurate and timely completion.Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.Attends educational in-services as appropriate. Practices infection control procedures; follows prescribed cleaning techniques and uses solutions appropriate to cleaning task.Performs in a safe manner; is aware of all safety hazards and acts upon them accordingly.Secures and controls keys; dispenses and collects keys assigned to staff and reports lost keys or breakages.Follows-up on customer complaints and attempts to resolve issues. Reports building maintenance issues to manager. Locks and unlocks doors.Assists manager in training staff on cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and products, floor care, project work, and equipment preparation and developing staff for advancement.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Three years related work experience.
