We are seeking a Corporate Account Reporting Specialist to manage sales and account data, develop reporting tools, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.In this role, you'll work with complex datasets, build and maintain reporting dashboards, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong Excel skills and a solid foundation in accounting or finance who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze and interpret complex data requests to support business decisionsDevelop efficient data retrieval plans using AS400/IBMi systemsCreate, maintain, and enhance reporting schedules, dashboards, and recurring reportsProvide monthly sales summaries and partner reporting updatesBusiness & Account SupportCollaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support corporate customer needsTrack promotional funding and support purchasing with reimbursement documentationEnsure reporting accuracy to support customer agreements and internal decision-makingDocumentation & Process ManagementMaintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, formulas, and methodologiesEnsure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting deliverablesSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processesCommunication & InsightsTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholdersPresent findings and summaries to senior leadership as neededCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with data and takes pride in accuracy and clarity.Qualifications include:3-5 years of experience in account reporting, financial analysis, or a related roleAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and macrosProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience working with AS400/IBMi systemsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentEducation & Experience* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required* Advanced degree preferredWork ScheduleWorkdays: Monday through FridayWork Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Occasional weekends may be requiredWhy Tire Rack?At Tire Rack, you're not just taking a job-you're joining a team that values your growth, well-being, and contributions.
