We are currently unable to sponsor or support visa applications for this role.Job Summary:Power BI Reports Developer will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making for the organization. Power BI Reports Developer will work closely with Data Engineering team and various stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate complex data into meaningful visualizations.Essential Functions:• Develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.• Collaborate with Data Engineering team and project team to develop reports.• Transform raw data into actionable insights through effective visualization techniques.• Optimize Power BI data models and report performance for efficient data retrieval and analysis.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing appropriate data validation and testing processes.• Update existing Power BI reports as needed.• Work with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of Power BI with data sources.• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.Minimum Qualifications:• 5-7years of proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.• Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations in Power BI.• Experience with data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, or Azure storage.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compensation:Salary range: Between $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.
