Property Leasing Associate (on-site)

Lalezarian Properties, a Long Island based Property Management Company is looking to hire a full time Property Leasing Associate for luxury rentals located in Hudson Yards, NYC. This position may require showing other local buildings within walking distance of one another. The qualified candidate must possess a positive attitude, be hard-working, self motivated, and energetic. They must also have proven closing abilities and organizational skills. Requirements: Minimum two (2) year on-site leasing experience and real estate experience, with a strong ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and working knowledge of Street Easy Prior experience with residential leases a PLUS Attention to detail, high energy and positive disposition required Understands the value of superior customer service Must have a valid real estate license Five day work week includes Saturday AND Sunday. Hours are from 10am to 6pm. Responsibilities: Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and maintain contact / follow-up to close deals Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance and inform building staff of deficiencies during apartment tours Please send a cover letter with your resume.
