Please connect with me on LinkedIn as well @Jamie (Voss) RogersJob Title: Conflicts AnalystLocation: New York, NY 10001Salary/Payrate: $85K-$95KWork Environment: Multiple roles available in New York (hybrid) and California, Texas or Chicago (fully remote PST hours only)Term: Direct HireBachelor’s degree required: YesReferral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hiredJOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to support the firm’s conflicts clearance and new business intake processes.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough conflicts checks / screenings and review reports for potential conflicts of interestMaintain and update accurate, reliable database recordsCollaborate with conflicts team, attorneys, and General Counsel to resolve issues and support matter openingsCommunicate with attorneys and staff to gather information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracyValidate conflicts check requirements to ensure policy and legal compliancePerform corporate research to verify entities and understand organizational structuresCoordinate with accounting and internal teams to ensure data consistencyProvide after-hours or weekend support as neededFollow firm policies, procedures, and operational standardsQualifications & SkillsProficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, with ability to learn new systems (e.g., iManage)Understanding of conflicts processes in legal/professional services environmentsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentialityWork effectively independently and collaborativelyFlexible with scheduling based on business needsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services settingExperience in a conflicts department (Am Law 50 preferred
