Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.Position Summary:The Facilities Technician 4 is responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of critical facilities systems supporting a 115,000‑square‑foot semiconductor cleanroom. This role supports continuous fab operations by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of utilities, environmental controls, and life‑safety systems. The position requires strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team on a night shift schedule.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain facilities systems supporting a 115,000 sq. ft. cleanroomPerform preventive maintenance on:ChillersCDA systemsBoilersAir handlersUPS systemsControl systemsProcess exhaust scrubbersTroubleshoot and resolve issues within the utility plant and supporting systemsOperate and maintain fire alarm systems, hazardous gas detection systems, and other plant control systemsSchedule, execute, and document preventive maintenance activitiesPerform data entry, analyze system performance data, and support continuous improvement effortsParticipate in area and process improvement meetingsSupport safe, reliable, and compliant fab operations during night shift coverageRequirements:Education or hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems requiredKnowledge of RODI and AWN systemsUnderstanding of automated systems from air handlers, environmental controls, chillers, processed cooling water, and VFDs.Wafer fabrication facility experience preferredExperience working in cleanroom environments strongly preferredBasic control systems knowledge; PLC programming and electronic skills are a plus Shift: Back half nights, compressed (N2)For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
