Come join our team of 4 physicians and 2 allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Details: Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home 4 - 10-hour days / week 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians) Average 15-20 patients per day Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients / day Behavioral health and lab on site Fulltime, permanent EMR: Epic 1:1 Medical Support Staff Benefits: Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+) RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually Commencement bonus of $40,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Full benefits including a 401k match Paid malpractice New grads welcome Reference: 123663 J1 & H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
