Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional to join their dedicated team. As a Supply Chain Operations specialist, you will be part of the Reverse Supply Chain team supporting Returns and Inventory Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Supply Chain OperationsLocation:Fort Worth, TX - OnsiteWhat's the Job?Support the Reverse Supply Chain operations for Returns and Inventory Reconciliation Team. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent negative customer impact. Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth operations. Meet daily service level commitments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Establish and maintain reporting on production, service levels, and key performance indicators. What's Needed?Strong business acumen and effective oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including formulas and data entry accuracy. Experience with complex research involving inventory and reporting. Ability to understand and navigate multiple systems and their interactions.
