Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Senior Manager, Global TradeAct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITAR and EAR Export Authorizations requirements and drafting.Monitor authorizations for any changes effecting the authorizations and taking action upon knowledge of the change.Provide day-to-day guidance, training and support to program personnel on export licensing and compliance needs (e.g., releasability, etc.). Interpret and explain export compliance requirements such as license/TAA provisos, export regulations, and Raytheon export policies and procedures.You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continuous improvement of our Global Trade Processional and of our licensing and compliance policies and processes.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires University Degree and minimum 107 years of experienceyears prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum Experience in drafting and submitting Department of State and Department of Commerce license and agreement applications and other authorization requestsExperience with DECCS, SNAP-R, OCR EASE, and/or other automated licensing and compliance systems and/or resources Qualifications We Prefer Experience in leadership positions or similar associated with developing strategic business acumen or directly supervising Global Trade teamsSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to develop effective networks with internal customers and ability to collaborate with multiple business functions for successStrong time management, prioritization, analytical and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines and achieve desired results Extensive knowledge of Global Trade systems such as RGEMS and/or SAP systems What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
