No relocation packaged offered.Schedule: 7am - 7pm; every other weekend off.Position OverviewAs a LPN or RN with RHA, you will have the opportunity to practice holistic nursing while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. In this role, you will provide healthcare oversight and monitoring for the individuals we support, promoting their overall health, independence, and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)Observe, assess, and evaluate the health needs of the individuals we supportDeliver health-related training to unlicensed personnelEducate individuals on how to monitor their own health and, when appropriate, provide medication administration trainingAdminister medications and treatments, or assist individuals with self-administrationEnsure preventative and routine medical appointments are scheduled and maintainedConduct medication closet assessmentsPerform quality assurance checks to ensure unlicensed personnel are completing assigned health-related tasks accuratelyCollect and document health-related dataConduct comprehensive nursing assessmentsMonitor for and report abnormal findings to physicians in a timely mannerCollaborate and communicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)Advocate for individuals and assist in developing community supports to promote optimal health and independenceQualificationsGraduate of an accredited License Practical Nursing (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) programActive, unrestricted nursing licenseStrong communication skills with interdisciplinary team members, individuals served, and their familiesAbility to work independently, stay organized, and effectively prioritize tasksCurrent CPR certification or willingness to obtain certificationCompensation & BenefitsRHA Health Services offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, including:Competitive compensationPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insurance at 90 days of hire401(k) retirement savings planEmployee assistance and wellbeing programs (physical, emotional, and financial)Early wage access through PayactivEmployee discount and perks programOngoing training and professional development opportunities, including CPR and First Aid certificationNote: Benefits are not applicable to contract or contingent workers.#RHANURSEPre-employment screening:Complete criminal backgroundName checked in the registries.
