EXPERIENCED New Swimming Pool Sales & Design Professional

## Job Summary We seek an experienced New Build pool (3D) design sales professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities by drafting and presenting NEW POOL DESIGNS. This role involves outside sales, account management, and business development to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. The Company has a progressive and effective lead generation program in place. ## Duties - Call on interested parties - Draw pool and landscape designs for potential clients - Utilize a CRM tools for effective account management - Drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship building - Collaborate with the leadership team to provide solutions tailored to client requirements ## Skills - Proven track record in sales, specifically NEW Build Pool Design and Sales - Strong understanding of # dimensional software(Pool Studios) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Using a Sales Process Applicants without New Build Pool selling expereince will not be considered as we dont have a formal training program for inexperienced professionals from other fields.
