Pharmacist We are looking for passionate pharmacists to join our team of mobile vaccinators! Overview: Elements Pharmacy is a the Premier Vaccine Specialty Pharmacy in California specializing in administering CDPH/ACIP-recommended vaccines to people ages 6 months and older. If you enjoy administering vaccines, you will love this pharmacist position! Our mission is to maximize vaccine update in our most vulnerable populations serving people of all ages at the pharmacy and via mobile vaccination clinics throughout the state of CA -including long-term care facilities, schools, community events, shelters, etc. Duties: - Participate in the mobile vaccination clinic program, providing vaccine clinics at offsite locations - Participate in administering CDPH/ACIP-recommended vaccines to Elements Pharmacy patients Skills: - Proficiency in patient care - Knowledge and willingness to become familiar with ACIP recommended vaccines for adults - Willing to vaccinate children under 3 years old as part of the pharmacy's collaborative practice agreement - Pharmacist Immunization Certification, current BLS and required CE in place -Willing to drive to and from mobile vaccination sites Join the Elements Pharmacy team and contribute to our mission of improving preventative care!
