Data Analyst III - Operations

Position Title: Data Analyst III Department: Operations Reports To: VP, Operations Overview: As the payment leader within the insurtech space, One Inc provides its customers with a full suite of inbound and outbound payment solutions via its digital payments platform. One Inc is looking for a Data Analyst III with a strong foundation in statistics and analytics, as well as a passion for digging into data and building models, to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data visualization to communicate complex analysis and connecting data back to growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Support the Operations data function by building data visualizations, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations Build predictive models to manage call center growth needs Produce statistical analyses to identify areas for process optimization and measure intervention impacts Maintain and develop operational metrics and define core metrics to measure the impact of enhancements, monitor risks, and drive revenue growth Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand call center behavior, trends, and areas of opportunity Acquire and clean data from multiple sources, build pipelines, and schedule queries and data refreshes Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and provide deliverables in a timely manner Conduct new client onboard opportunity analyses to prioritize development efforts Work with stakeholders to scope new project requests and measure success Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience 4+ years of experience working with large datasets using SQL 3+ years of experience using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query M for reporting and data visualization Proficiency with Python and/or R Experience building data pipelines via Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, AWS, or an equivalent Ability to connect to multiple data sources Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity Ability to quickly learn new concepts and products Attention to detail with ability to think strategically Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications (But not Required) Payments experience Insurance experience Fabric machine learning tools Desired Traits Action Oriented, Growth Mindset, Positive Outlook, Problem Solver, Self-starter, Demonstrates Ethical Behavior, Strong Drive, Team Player, Supportive & Adaptable to Change, Exudes a commitment to Personal & Professional Development Physical Demands The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
