Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Head Cheer Coach located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Head Cheer Coach will be responsible for leading and organizing cheerleading practices, choreographing routines, teaching gymnastics and tumbling skills, fostering team spirit, and supervising team involvement in school events and competitions. The coach will also work to ensure student-athletes develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while maintaining communication with school administrators and parents. Qualifications Proficiency in Cheerleading, Gymnastics, and Tumbling techniques, with the ability to teach and demonstrate these skillsProven Coaching experience with a focus on mentoring student-athletesStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staffOrganizational skills to plan practices, create routines, and oversee team schedulesCertification in first aid and CPR is preferredExperience working with high school students and promoting a positive team environmentKnowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in cheerleading and gymnastics activitiesCommitment to fostering holistic growth and adhering to the values of a Catholic educational institution
