This role supports agency-wide procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, contract analysis, and supplier selection for IT-related goods and services.The position works independently under general supervision and supports procurement projects requiring research, analysis, negotiation support, and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcure IT products and services including software, SaaS, hardware, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, and managed servicesEvaluate vendors and contracts through RFQs, RFPs, and RFIsConduct market research and analyze vendor responsesRecommend supplier selections based on data and complianceSupport business units in procurement evaluations and negotiationsEnsure compliance with statewide procurement rules and financial principlesPrepare and present procurement-related reports Required SkillsProcurement experienceIT Asset ManagementSoftware licensing experience Preferred SkillsData reporting and presentationGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Excel experienceInvoice processing experience
