This is a great opportunity for someone with previous logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse office, or shipping experience looking to continue growing within the transportation and import/export industry.Responsibilities:Track and monitor cargo shipments with carriersCoordinate shipment updates and communicate with transportation providersAssist with import/export documentation and shipment processingWork with customs brokers regarding cargo clearancesMaintain accurate shipment records and status updatesResolve shipment discrepancies and delivery issuesSupport daily logistics and office operations in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or cargo coordinationFamiliarity with tracking shipments and communicating with carriersKnowledge of shipping documents such as:Master Bill of Lading (MBL)House Bill of Lading (HBL)preferredComfortable communicating with customs brokers and transportation providersStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage deadlinesGood communication and email skillsBasic computer proficiency requiredPrevious experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse office, transportation coordination, or supply chain is a plusWillingness to learn and grow within the logistics industryPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with carriers and customs brokersUnderstanding of import terms and shipping documentationExperience in ocean export, import logistics, or freight forwarding environments preferredCompany DescriptionWe are committed to providing personalized, high-quality staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each business we serve. xevrcyc Company DescriptionWe are committed to providing personalized, high-quality staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each business we serve.
