Oracle Cloud Analyst - Recruiting & Onboarding

The Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst – Recruiting & Onboarding plays a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable, and compliant recruiting and new hire onboarding processes through Oracle HCM Cloud. This position serves as a key functional partner to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT, translating business needs into effective system solutions that enhance both the candidate and employee experience.In this role, you will own the day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding modules, ensuring system stability while continuously improving workflows and user experience. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, support integrations, and provide actionable reporting and insights. The role also supports quarterly Oracle releases, system testing, and change management activities, helping the organization take advantage of new functionality while maintaining strong controls and compliance.This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented HCM professional who enjoys balancing operational support with process improvement, values collaboration across HR and technology teams, and is passionate about leveraging technology to support hiring and onboarding at scale.What You Will Do Recruiting & Onboarding System SupportProvide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR usersIntake, document, prioritize, and resolve system requests following established processesConfiguration & OptimizationConfigure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding, including:Requisition templatesCandidate selection processesOffer letter configurationsOnboarding journeys and checklist workflowsPartner with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experienceProcess Improvement & DocumentationSupport process mapping and documentation of recruiting and onboarding workflowsIdentify opportunities to automate steps, reduce manual effort, and improve the candidate and new hire journeyMaintain system configuration documentation, SOPs, and process guidesIntegrations, Data, & TestingSupport integration between Oracle Recruiting and connected systems (Core HR, background screening providers, job boards, and third-party onboarding tools)Participate in regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Assist with data loads, corrections, reconciliation, and data integrity auditsReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and BI PublisherSupport recruiting metrics, onboarding completion tracking, compliance reporting, and time-to-fill analysisRelease & Compliance ManagementSupport Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases by assessing impacts, coordinating testing, and communicating changesFollow SOX change management and ITGC controls, including documentation, approvals, and audit supportTraining & EnablementDeliver training for end-users and super-users on Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding features and self-service toolsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting (ORC) or Oracle/Taleo Enterprise, including recruiting and onboarding configurationDemonstrated knowledge of talent acquisition and onboarding process flowsHands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI and BI Publisher)Familiarity with SOX controls and IT General Controls (ITGC)High attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to data qualityPreferred Qualifications Experience with HCM security role configuration for Recruiting and OnboardingKnowledge of U.S. compliance requirements (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP, CCPA)Experience supporting integrations between Oracle Recruiting and third-party systemsFamiliarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow or JiraExperience with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption platformsOracle HCM Cloud certification or SHRM certification Benefits and CompensationThis role is based in our New Brighton, MN office.
