Creator – Campaign Management: Beauty and Fashion InfluencerRussell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Creator – Campaign Management to work for one of our well-recognised fashion retail clients. This person will be supporting our client’s newly launched brand TikTok Shop! Background fashion/beauty Influencer is desired. Apply now for immediate consideration!Contract: 3 months to start – highly likely to extend – this is a new role for the TeamLocation: Manhattan, NY – Hybrid schedule – 2 days per week in office, 3 working remotelyPay Rate: $34 - 53 hour on W2Creator of Campaign ManagementSupports the newly launched brand TikTok Shop by driving the day-to-day management of the initiative in partnership with the PR team, specifically the affiliate creator campaigns.Supports overall campaign calendar and manages cross functional alignment on strategy, product, launch timing, execution, amplification and timely reporting.Supports creator campaigns including building multiple timely briefs within TikTok shop, casting 50-200 creators from ideation and inviting within the platform, to approving sample requests, tracking all content and sharing back internally for engagement and amplification.Vetting 300 – 400+ Creators per campaign to cast roughly 200+Manage 12+ Campaigns across client's brandsVets and invites all creators to participate in campaigns, manages sample approval (in partnership with fulfilment team), tracks budget, shares content in real time and partners with TikTok Shop team to provide strategic guidance and support for all optimization opportunities.Manages $200K+ samples budgetContent clipping – anywhere from 200-300 videos per campaign, annually 3,600 Videos Troubleshoots communications to creators – 200+ creators potentially per momentPartners with social media, brand strategy, paid media, digital team and more to identify content for amplification on other channels based on performance.Creates weekly reports on TikTok Shop Creator performance, analyzing top performing creators, products, and metrics against KPIs, and manages dissemination out to all key and critical partners.Stays on top of all TikTok Shop happenings and patterns and provides recommendations to ensure our execution is innovative and best in class.Supports budget management.Collaborates in a fast-paced environment and supports team members to foster a positive team and work experience.The Ideal Candidate Prior experience in Creator or Influencers Relations, specifically with experience working with TikTok or TikTok ShopExperience supporting and executing Influencer and Creator CampaignsStrong attention to detail and discretion when working with high-profile individualsKnowledge of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystemsAbility to evaluate and analyze influencer performance using key metricsFamiliarity with influencer platforms and reporting dashboardsExceptional interpersonal and negotiation skillsCreative thinkerPerforms with speed and efficiencyStrong writing skillsProfessionalTop 3–5 Skills (soft skills and technical skills)Technical / Functional Skills Influencer Relations experience, ideally hands-on management of creator partnerships from outreach through activation.Prior experience sourcing, vetting, and onboarding creators, including evaluating brand fit, engagement, and performance metrics.TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus, particularly familiarity with affiliate programs, creator storefronts, and performance-driven creator campaigns.Understanding of campaign tracking, deliverables, and creator contracts.Comfort working across multiple platforms and tools related to influencer marketing.Soft Skills Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with external creators and platform partners.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creators and projects at once.Proactive and resourceful, able to identify new creators and opportunities independently.Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with PR, Marketing, Social, and platform partners.Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?This role offers the chance to impact financial performance, gain exposure to strong leadership principles, and grow professionally—all with competitive pay and potential for long-term engagement.Russell Tobin and it's affiliates offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityRussell Tobin and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
