Human Resources Manager📍 Fulshear, Texas (Onsite)🕒 Full-Time | Exempt | Reports to CEOTW Work Solutions is partnering with a reputable, privately held construction company in Fulshear, Texas to identify a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and support all HR functions for a growing organization.This company specializes in earthwork and site development projects and is known for delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong, team-oriented culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and enjoys supporting both office and field employees.About the RoleThe Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions and serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the organization.Key areas of responsibility include:Talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention for field and office personnelEmployee relations and performance managementHRIS administration and employee record managementBenefits administration and open enrollmentHR policy development and regulatory complianceSupport of safety programs and workforce complianceEmployee engagement and culture initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring needsManage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, offers, and onboardingMaintain employee records, I-9 documentation, and HR compliance processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsOversee benefits administration and support open enrollment processesSupport safety initiatives, drug & alcohol programs, and field compliance requirementsLead new hire orientations and employee meetingsPromote a strong, team-oriented culture across field and office teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or a related industryStrong knowledge of HR compliance and employment lawsExperience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar preferred)HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferredExperience supporting field-based or multi-location teams is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForHands-on, proactive HR professional who can operate independentlyStrong communicator with sound judgment and discretionHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentPassionate about supporting employees and building a positive culture📌 Location: Fulshear, TX (Onsite)✈️ Occasional travel to job sites may be requiredIf you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and support the continued growth of a dynamic construction organization, we encourage you to apply through TW Work Solutions.
