TK Elevator is looking for Superintendents to lead construction operations across new installation and/ or modernization lines of business in California. In this role, you will oversee field teams, manage active jobsites, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. *At this time we are conducting networking conversations for future openings.* Lead Field Operations and Manage Projects End-to-End Supervise and support construction field teams, providing direction and coaching. Plan and prioritize installation schedules, labor needs, and jobsite activities Communicate clear expectations aligned with company policies, procedures, and goals Oversee projects from initial survey through completion, monitoring progress, resolve field challenges, and ensure quality standards are met Partner with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Drive Safety Excellence Champion a strong safety culture across all jobsites Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Stay current on elevator codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices Own Financial & Operational Performance Review project performance using financial and operational software and proactively address cost impacts, including potential fade, to protect profitability Manage and approve key project components including change orders, purchase orders, billing, and closeout documentation Maintain knowledge of TK Elevator products, systems, and standard operating procedures Collaborate & Build Relationships Develop strong partnerships with customers, contractors, consultants, and architects Coordinate with internal teams including operations, sales, manufacturing, and leadership Work with subcontractors to ensure schedules and deliverables are met Who we are looking for High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of work experience is required; Supervisory experience leading union technicians is preferred. Elevator industry experience is preferred. Track record of success in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or other ERPs. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report. What we offer Salary range is $75,000 – $125,000 with additional incentive compensation 0% - 75%. The role offers a car allowance or company vehicle and fuel card.
