Quickbase Developer

Seeking a Quickbase Developer to transform manual business processes into streamlined, digitized workflows across Supply Chain operations for a major healthcare client. This is a Remote consulting position, EST hours. This role will design, develop, implement, and support scalable Quickbase applications that improve efficiency, data management, and process visibility.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, configure, and implement Quickbase applications based on business requirements.- Build and maintain Quickbase tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and Pipelines/automations.- Develop and maintain internal and external system integrations and connections.- Create and maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, integrations, dependencies, Pipelines, and automations.- Maintain application documentation and knowledge within Confluence throughout development and the application lifecycle.- Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for existing and new Quickbase applications.- Perform data migration, application transition, deployment, and hypercare activities.- Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data issues and implement appropriate solutions.- Identify, document, and promptly escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate business and technical stakeholders.- Support implementation of the organization's Quickbase Governance Plan, including development best practices, security, documentation, scalability, and long-term application sustainability.Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of hands-on Quickbase development experience.- Strong experience with Quickbase application architecture, including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and permissions.- Hands-on experience with Quickbase Pipelines, workflow automation, and integrations.- Experience with data migration and application implementation/transition.- Experience creating technical documentation and working with Confluence.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to translate complex business processes into effective low-code solutions.- Experience working within application governance, security, and development standards.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments.- Experience with APIs, web services, or other integration technologies.- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Quickbase environments.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
