We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Agent to join our team in Swirepay. As the Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work in the field, meeting with clients face-to-face, and your primary focus will be to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets. You should have excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven track record of success in a field sales role. Responsibilities: Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the field Generate new leads through door-to-door sales, cold-calling, and networking Schedule and attend appointments with potential clients Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their payment processing needs and offer solutions Demonstrate Swirepay's value proposition and explain the benefits of our payment gateway solution to potential customers Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Swirepay's products and services Represent Swirepay at events, trade shows, and conferences as needed Close deals and sign contracts with clients Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up with them regularly Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns Attend conferences and trade shows to represent Swirepay.com and network with potential clients Report on sales activity and progress to the Sales Manager Qualifications: Proven experience as a Field Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable with frequent travel and working in the field High School Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is plus Familiarity with payment gateway products and services is a plus We offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
