Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hendersonville, TN, for the role of Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing department, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting quality care standards. Key responsibilities include implementing infection control protocols, providing leadership and guidance to nursing teams, managing patient care plans, and ensuring the best practices in long-term care. Collaboration with caregivers, healthcare providers, and families is essential to optimize outcomes and maintain a positive environment for residents. Qualifications Proven expertise in Nursing Management and LeadershipComprehensive knowledge of Infection Control protocols and regulationsStrong understanding of Medicine and Nursing practicesExperience in Long-term Care, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsActive RN license in good standingExceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in senior careMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Advanced certifications or degrees in healthcare are a plus
