Senior Litigator

We are a San Francisco based firm that represents individuals, corporations, tech companies, or investors in business disputes regarding corporate governance, securities/investments, and trade secrets.We are seeking a senior attorney with 8+ years of experience litigating complex commercial, securities, and/or trade secret disputes to join our tight-knit team. Our teams are small and efficient, so the position carries substantial responsibility for interfacing with the Court, opposing counsel, and client.
