Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s degree5+ years pen test experienceManagement/team lead experience managing projects/tasks against deadlinesExperience with continuous pen testing methodologiesExperience planning/conducting red team engagementsGPEN or GXPN AND GRTP, CRTL, OSCP, CRTP, CMWAPT, CEPT, CPT, LPTCISA AES HVA Lead/Tech Lead (have/obtain as specified)Active Secret clearanceResponsibilitiesConduct continuous penetration testing across applicable systems/environmentsPlan and conduct red team engagements as required by the contract scopeDevelop test plans, coordinate ROE approvals, and execute within constraintsProduce technical reports with severity, exploit paths, and remediation guidanceSupport high-value asset assessment activities and certification needsCoordinate with defenders to ensure findings translate into fixes and controlsPerform continuous penetration testing and red team–style activities to identify exploitable weaknesses and validate security posture.
