Volpe Enterprises is hiring Foreman Interior Residential Construction to join our growing team.Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add several positions to our Interior Production team in North Wales, PA. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.Duties/Responsibilities:Arriving on time with tools, ready to workMaintain a clean and safe job site and work environmentAbility to take direction and assist in the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms basements, additions, and other residential remodeling projectsAbility to make independent decisions and work unsupervised when necessaryMaintain our standard of a high-quality finished productUphold company vision, core values, and standardsWillingness to learn, grow your skills, and teach othersAbility to build a professional and positive relationship with clients and co-workersMaintenance & completion of punch listsAttendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc.Professional Skills/QualificationsAbility to use hand and power tools properlyAbility to read a tape measureBasic knowledge of residential buildingBasic rough and finish carpentryBasic drywall and finishingBasic flooringRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building preferredMust be able to lift and carry heavy objectsClean driving recordMust pass a drug testSalary: $16 - $18 per hour
