If your candidate is qualified and interested in doing either role, submit them to both.ABOUT THE ROLEThis engagement focuses on converting the BugTrack issue management Excel extract into a comprehensive, interactive Power BI dashboard for leadership visibility and operational decision making. The consultant will collaborate with the business, HIT, IT, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into a scalable data model and intuitive visualizations. Metrics will include (but are not limited to) total tickets opened/closed, aging of open tickets, ticket type and category distribution, priority trends, facility level insights, EPMO related tickets, and a dedicated AVATAR ticket dashboard (opened, closed, maintenance). The consultant will build automated refresh processes, apply data quality checks, and deliver a polished dashboard ready for leadership review.
