Inside Sales Associate

We're looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You'll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. If this sounds like a job you'll love, apply now!Responsibilities:Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is currentExpand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographiesReport on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achievedProspect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsGenerate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customersGreet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasmBuild lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectationsPresent and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technologyStay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trendsWork closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goalsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral businessQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredWorking knowledge of the sales process and CRM softwareCurrent U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by carSuperb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skillsProven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related fieldPrior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide trainingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindsetAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environmentValid California driver's license and clean driving recordAbout Company:At South Bay Mazda, we believe in delivering a better car-buying experience built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
