At Home Caregiver, CNA, Direct Care Provider

REQUIRED: CNA, Caregiver Certification, or allied license (i.e. Medical Technician, etc.) *(This is a requirement for the position.) * About the position: Job duties consist of providing daily meal preparation, light house-keeping, laundry, pet care, skin health, and incontinence management. You will be required to competently perform transfers with the use of transferring devices. Pay: Pay $15 per hour Paid Bi-weekly Hours logged and approved daily ****You will be an independent contractor (self-employed), so you will be responsible for complying with IRS regulations. This involves making quarterly payments to the IRS as opposed to having the required amounts deducted automatically with each paycheck.**** Scheduling: Looking for someone willing to work between 2 to 3 hours in the evening, usually between 7pm and 10pm who will rotate weekends. Also must be able to work occasional mornings (2-3 days per week), typically from 7am - 11am. Will discuss further scheduling details during interview process. Open to flexible scheduling for the right caregiver. Possible travel opportunity for personal business. Location: Located on east-side of Tucson near Broadway Blvd and Old Spanish Trail. Must Have: Valid AZ State Drivers License Valid Social Security Card CNA or Caregiver certification (License must be in good standing and will be cross referenced with the AZ State Board of Nursing.) Reliable transportation (not public transit/friends providing rides, borrowing vehicles, etc.) Clean criminal background and drug test Must Be: Professional Reliable Dependable Ethical Fulfilled in caring for others Comfortable assisting with all ADL’s including but not limited to: toileting, use of suppositories, and incontinence care for a male Comfortable taking care of cat.
