You'll rotate through multiple assembly stations, troubleshoot issues, maintain quality, and support a clean, organized work environment.If you enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and seeing your work come to life, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills.What You'll DoPerform mechanical assembly of products with complex componentsComplete in-process quality checks and communicate resultsIdentify and document safety concernsTroubleshoot assembly issues to ensure high-quality outputMaintain cleanliness and organization using 5S practicesSupport continuous improvement initiativesPerform across 4+ stations, including main line operationsFloat between various lines within the value stream after trainingRecognize bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in the assembly processQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentFamiliarity with mechanical & electrical assembly practicesProven history of process improvement is a plusPrior manufacturing experience preferredPhysical RequirementsLift up to 40 lbs (routine lifts up to 25 lbs)Stand for a full 8-hour shiftWork in multiple positions throughout the dayPPE & Dress CodeSteel-toed boots required (must bring your own)Additional PPE provided onsite (gloves, goggles, ear plugs, sleeves, etc.)Maintain a clean, professional appearancePay Details: $17.55 to $20.53 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
