Looking for the right fit to join our growing team!We are expanding our team in Lancaster!!Quick Highlights: Structured smooth transition from your current role Reasonable patient caseload - 25 Customize your hours for improved work/life balance Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play) Active patient waiting list Onsite Clinical Supervision (Case Consult) provided Opportunity to quickly grow into a leadership role Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearResponsibilities And DutiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyMaintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingRequired Qualifications and SkillsCandidates are required to have a master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notesPreferred Qualifications and SkillsPrefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental healthPrefer experience with children, adolescents, and teensPreferred experience with couples and familiesWhat we have to offer:Our salary compensation package is straightforward with no games.
