JOB OVERVIEW: Were a fast-growing startup looking for an energetic, highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support day-to-day business operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to be part of a collaborative and growing team .You will play an important role in supporting office operations, team culture, and light cross-functional administrative tasks. No two days will look exactly the same and thats exactly how you like it . WHAT YOU WILL D O: Office & Workplace Operatio ns: Coordinate day-to-day office needs to ensure a smooth and welcoming environ mentManage office supplies, snacks, and team lunches during ev entsHelp organize internal events, team gatherings, and cultural activi tiesSupport logistics for meetings, office events and in-office visi tors Business Operations Supp ort: Assist with business travel arrangements and scheduling support when neededHelp coordinate company events and offsite log isticsProvide Cross-Functional Support to VP of Finance and oper ationsProvide Recruiting Support by reviewing and sorting resumes and scheduling candidates for inte rviews Executive Support (as n eeded): Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including the CEO,CRO, and VP of Finance REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIF ICATIONS: 5-8 years experiencePrior experience in office operations, business operations, or administrative roles in a technolo gy companyExperience supporting events, travel coordination, or recruiting logisticsExposure to startup and fast growing en vironments REPORTING: This position will report to the VP of Finance EMPL OYMENT TYPE: Part-Time / Full-Time (We are open to both part time and full time role s) LOCATION: In-office role based in Tysons Corner S HIFT TIMINGS: Monday through Thursday - (45 hours per day for Par t time opti on) WHO WE ARE: SalesIntel is an agentic pipeline generation platform that helps go-to-market teams focus on accounts that are ready to buy and the buyers who matter most.
