We are committed to the values of service, accountability, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.OverviewWe are seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring that all aspects of the project stay on track.RequirementsResponsibilities:Project Documentation & OrganizationAssist with setting up, organizing, and maintaining project files, including plans, specifications, logs, and correspondence.Help ensure project records are accurately filed and accessible within the project management system.Submittals & Buyout SupportAssist with requesting submittals from subcontractors and vendors and tracking responses.Help maintain the Submittal Log and support timely routing for review and approval.Support buyout activities by organizing vendor documents and tracking required information under PM direction.Schedule & Field Coordination SupportAssist with distributing the Construction Schedule and Weekly 3-Week Lookahead Schedules as directed.Support basic field coordination needs by relaying schedule updates and information to relevant team members.RFI & Change Management SupportHelp prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) by gathering details, attaching supporting documents or photos, and tracking responses.Assist with organizing Change Order and Potential Change documentation, including vendor quotes and supporting backup.Communication & ReportingHelp prepare routine project reports, meeting materials, and weekly updates for internal teams and stakeholders.Assist with coordinating materials and information for Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings.Drawing & Record ControlSupport tracking of design changes and RFI responses to help maintain accurate jobsite and As-Built drawings.Assist with maintaining updated drawing sets for field and project team use.Punch List & Closeout SupportAssist the Site Manager with tracking internal completion items and Owner punch list information.Help collect, organize, and compile closeout documentation such as warranties, product data, and operation & maintenance manuals.General Administrative & Learning SupportPerform general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned to support project execution.Learn and follow company processes, documentation standards, and construction workflows under supervision.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred).Entry-level to early-career construction or project coordination experience.OSHA certification (OSHA10, OSHA30) or other relevant safety training preferred.Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.Experience using project management software such as RedTeam Flex (preferred), Procore, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.Ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills to effectively liaise and address concerns between clients, contractors, and team members.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Travel home is typically every other week, but can shift to every third week depending on project needs. During the final month and a half of a project, it's common to remain on-site and take extra time off after completion.
