Virtual Visa: USC and GC HybridInterview: Virtual Visa: USC and GC Hybrid: Addison, TX or Miramar, FL - LocalMust have excellent, clear communication5+ years of experience in an Application Support Engineer role - monitoring applications and providing root cause to dev team5+ years of experience REQUIRED in the following technologies:AWS S3SQL (Postgres, DuckDB, Redshift)KubernetesPython and Rust knowledgeResponsibilities:Develop and deploy Enhancements/Bug fixes by creating service packsMonitor the interfaces and investigate the files and tickets if there are any issues related to the applicationMonitor the application and incidents, troubleshoot and provide root cause to the development teamDrives the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management, early detection, automation processesMonitor daily/monthly planned production activitiesProvide regular communications to stakeholders on service impacts, planned change and risk mitigationProvide support and engagement with projects to enable the delivery of fast, quality changeCollaborate with cross functional teamsParticipate in on-call rotation for one week every two weeksRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or a combination of work experience and education4+ years of experience in developing and supporting production applications4+ years of experience in SQL (Postgres, Duck DB, Redshift)4+ years of experience monitoring applications and incidents, troubleshooting and providing root cause to the development teamMust have cloud computing skills - AWS S3, REST API's, Kubernetes container, and Parquet filesExperience in programming languages Python and RustAdvanced Excel skills would be an advantage for data analysisKnowledge on network products and protocols including DNS, load balancers, IP, SSO would be an advantageAbility to participate in on-call rotation for one week every two weeks
