In this role, you'll design bold, expressive graphics for tees, fleece, and cut-and-sew garments, helping bring lifestyle collections to life from concept through production.You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and development partners to create graphics that are both culturally relevant and production-ready, with a strong focus on storytelling, innovation, and consumer connection.What You'll DoApparel Graphic DesignCreate original graphics for t-shirts, fleece, and cut-and-sew apparelDesign logos, prints, patches, and placement graphics aligned to seasonal product directionDevelop graphics that balance creative expression with commercial appealConcept Development & StorytellingTranslate skate, streetwear, and sport culture into compelling visual narrativesContribute to seasonal themes and product storytelling through graphicsStay current on trends, consumer preferences, and cultural movementsProduction & Technical ExecutionPrepare graphics for screen printing and apparel productionSupport development of technical files, schematics, and production-ready artworkCollaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and quality executionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycleParticipate in reviews, provide updates, and iterate on feedback quickly and effectivelyHelp ensure graphics are delivered on time and aligned with product milestonesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or related rolesStrong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics (tees, fleece, cut-and-sew)Expertise in illustration, typography, and graphic compositionExperience designing within skate, streetwear, or sportswear environmentsStrong understanding of graphic application on physical productsProficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and openness to feedbackNice to HaveExperience with screen printing processes and production workflowsAbility to create technical schematics or production filesBackground in skateboarding or deep connection to skate cultureExperience with logos, patches, and branded graphic systemsPrior experience with established sportswear or streetwear brandsWhy This Role MattersThis role is all about bringing graphics to life on product-creating designs that resonate with consumers, reflect culture, and translate seamlessly into production.
