Corporate Communications Analyst L5

• This role will be responsible for delivering business critical communications in support of Diageo North America's supply ambition, including special projects and communications needs around the broader supply transformation program. • Top accountabilities include: • Creating and executing best in class communications, inclusive of both external and internal, in partnership with senior members of the corporate communications team. • This includes planning and strategy development, content and materials creation, stakeholder and media engagement and plan execution. • Ideal candidate will meet the following qualification and experience: • Will report into the Communications Director, Society and Supply • Minimum of five years' experience in communications. • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Experience managing complex reputational issues. • The ability to work with leaders and colleagues at all levels and across functions. • Outstanding relationship skills, to create and sustain a network of relationships across the business. • Ability to interact with media, agency teams and senior leadership with credibility and quality. • Must be a self-starter, able to take on a task with little direction and complete it successfully. • Strong drive, delivery and determination and ability to be resourceful and agile in a fast-paced high performing environment. • Has good commercial and industry awareness and depth of knowledge. • Innovative thinker, good idea generation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to flex and manage multiple projects across a given week and readily reprioritize is required for effective delivery. Day Shift. 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
