User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support digital service and website improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work within an Agile sprint-based environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered designs, improve usability, and enhance overall digital experiences. This role requires strong design expertise, web design knowledge, and hands-on experience with user testing and accessibility standards.Required Experience5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, service design, web design, and graphic design3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and usability testingExperience working in Agile environments and iterative delivery modelsExperience working with enterprise-level CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Joomla, etc.Strong portfolio with at least 2 real-time project examplesTechnical Skills & ToolsProficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignFamiliarity with Miro, ZeplinWorking knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4+Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Git, Google AnalyticsKnowledge of A11Y testing tools and accessibility best practices
