North Bay Territory Manager (Outside Sales)
Role OverviewThe Outside Sales Representative serves as a primary relationship builder and brand ambassador to drive sales for IRG Stone, primarily throughout the North Bay territory. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with designers, architects, showrooms, and high-end residential builders while supporting projects at all stages.This position works closely with inside sales, marketing, and management to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for IRG Stone’s trade partners.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, showrooms, and high-end residential buildersConduct regular in-person visits to trade partners to support current and upcoming projectsAssist with specifications, sampling, and material presentationsServe as a liaison between clients and our inside sales team to ensure a seamless selection and purchasing processHost and attend showroom meetings to guide slab and tile selectionsLead product presentations, Lunch & LearnsRepresent IRG Stone at industry networking events and trade gatheringsCollaborate with management to identify strategic growth opportunities within the territoryWho You AreA proactive relationship-builder with experience in design, construction, stone or tileComfortable engaging designers, architects, and contractorsOrganized, responsive, and solutions-orientedPassionate about materials and the role they play in great designMotivated to and grow a territory through thoughtful, long-term relationship developmentWhy IRG StoneFamily-owned company with deep industry rootsCollaborative team environmentUnique and constantly evolving inventoryOpportunity to work closely with the Bay Area design communityIf you’re looking to build meaningful partnerships and represent a company known for exceptional materials and service, we’d love to connect.
