Electrical Superintendent Salary: $42/hr-60/hr DOELocation: Phoenix, AZOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial electrical projects across various job sites. This role is responsible for providing leadership to field teams, coordinating project execution, managing manpower and materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, hands-on field experience, and the ability to effectively lead foremen and electricians across multiple active projects. This position requires a skilled trade professional who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of quality craftsmanship, and views electrical construction as a long-term career—not just a job.Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects at one, in various locations.Review contracts, drawings, schedules, scope and requirements for each project, participate in project planning meetings.Attend important jobsite/office meetings.Work with jobsite foreman on installation plan for each stage, two week look aheads and material planning.Work with project team on managing project budget, look for cost savings.Manage safety, perform quality checks and inspections. Work with 3rd party Safety Inspectors.Communicate with Project Manager on jobsite install/material issues.Direct supervision of field work on multiple projects at once, including foremen & project team.Oversee as-builts, inspections reports, job specific testing.Develop punch lists for jobsites throughout project, resolve conflicts.Manage Equipment/rental equipment.Participate in recruiting/hiring process.Manage manpower.Must be proficient in Procore, use of an iPad.Split time between office & jobsites.Other responsibilities as needed.The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, organized problem solver, and team-oriented leader with the ability to balance field oversight with administrative responsibilities. Proficiency with construction technology, including Procore and iPad-based project management tools, is preferred.
