This role is designed for an experienced funds attorney who is comfortable operating with autonomy and is looking for a platform that values expertise, flexibility and commercial contribution.About My ClientMy client is a New York-based EC/VC boutique law firm advising lenders, investors, borrowers and founders across the full spectrum of growth‑stage and private capital transactions. The practice covers debt financings, equity raises and hybrid structures, supporting clients at every stage of their lifecycle, and the firm regularly advises on structuring funds, SPVs and joint ventures, as well as M&A and broader corporate transactions, that arise naturally from working with venture‑backed and private capital clients.The platform was built intentionally around quality, flexibility and sustainability, prioritising long‑term relationships with both clients and attorneys.The RoleThis role will suit a senior fund formation lawyer with a strong, demonstrable background in funds.
