In Home Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to care plans. Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs tailored to each client’s health requirements. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including housekeeping duties (washing dishes, washing and folding laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms). Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans effectively. Requirements Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between client locations. Maintain personal health in order to enter client's home without putting their health at risk (must not be contagious when clocked in).
