This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world engineering projects supporting rugged computing and communications systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.What You’ll Do Support engineers with design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical projects Assist with hands-on assembly, testing, evaluation, and problem-solving Learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, software, and processes Help identify issues and contribute ideas for practical solutions and process improvements Document work, results, and technical information clearly Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop your skillsWhat We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field Strong curiosity and willingness to learn Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning from mistakes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional attitude and a hands-on approach to learningPreferred: Coursework or project experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, systems, or manufacturing engineering; CAD, electronics, programming, testing, or other hands-on technical experience.Why Radeus?Our interns work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to the engineering, production, and problem-solving that goes into building customized technology for demanding environments.Type: Full-time or Part-timeRequirementsPreferred SkillsExperience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD softwareFamiliarity with electronics testing, soldering, or basic circuitry (for electrical roles) Exposure to documentation standards or version control toolsCoursework or projects in systems design, manufacturing, or process improvement
